Kalpataru Group

Dr. Shivanand Hulyalkar is Managing Director of the Kalpataru Group, which works in real estate development and construction.

The Managing Director’s job here is the ordinary one: direction, delivery and the day-to-day running of the group’s projects — land, approvals, construction schedules, and handing over what was promised.

Building is a long-cycle business. It rewards the same discipline the rest of his work asks for: know the brief, plan the ground, and finish what was started.
